Capital Improvement Projects
Last updated: 09/03/2024 - 14:22
Capital improvement projects are projects designed to maintain and improve County-owned roads, bridges, traffic signal systems and airport facilities. This page is designed to provide information to both the public and the contracting community about our projects: projects that are nearing completion of the design phase, those in active solicitation, as well as ones currently being constructed.
Projects denoting “DBE” indicates that Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) program requirements apply when there are contracting opportunities for projects that are federally funded from the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT) through the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
