Effective March 14, 2025, the County will no longer issue solicitations in Periscope. The County has transitioned to a new eSourcing platform Biddingo. The Roads and Airports Department solicits bids for a variety of construction projects every year. Expressway and road projects are advertised on Biddingo and are also available through several Builders’ Exchanges.
Airport-related projects advertised for bid by the County Roads and Airports Department may often be found at the SWAAAE website under the Member Benefits tab on their home page, as well as listed below.
In order to submit a bid, contractors must first download a copy of the project bid/contract documents through Biddingo.
